My BEST friend.

This is my BEST friend, Molly Annette. I will never ever find another that can ever amount to this lovely lady! What this girl and I have been through together is unthinkable and for that I am forever thankful that I have someone SO special to turn to, lean on, and stand up for. There will never be another like her and I am just so amazed at what 17 years as BEST FRIENDS feels like! I am so lucky to know the joy and love of a TRUE friend. So this ones for my MoMo :) I love you KattyBoo, we always have and always will make a perfect pair! Watch out world cause there's a "mini me" in this world for the both of us and we plan on having them be just as close!

Trick-or-Treat!!

Im super excited to take Caleb out trick-or-treating tonight! He's my spooky little skeleton man, "Bones Jones!" We're gunna get lots of yummy candy and check every piece of course! This year I think he'll actually be into running a muck with kids flooding the streets everywhere! Though I am debating on weather to take him through a neighborhood OR to a smaller event at a church in town called "Trunk-or-Treat" where everyone parks in the chuch parking lot and pops their trunk decorating it with lots of fun and spooky Halloween stuff for the kids to go from car to car "trunk-or-treating!" Also they have a hayride, train ride, games, face painting, and food like corn dogs, chips, halloween cookies, and much  more! So we will be doing one of the two, but having tons of fun either way! I hope everyone has a fun, safe, and Happy Halloween!

Easy, Yummy 2 Ingredient Chicken Recipe

I made an accidental discovery last night. I discovered a way to make baked barbecue chicken with a crispy crust using only two ingredients and in only 20-25 minutes. I am NOT kidding (beat that Racheal Ray.....ok...don't take that wrong, I LOVE her) !

So, every time I bake chicken, hubby always sits down with a bottle of barbecue sauce to dip his chicken in, so I thought I'd beat him to the punch by baking the chicken in the barbecue sauce. He gets his barbecue and we still eat the healthier baked chicken.

All you have to do is dip or brush a boneless chicken breast into some barbecue sauce (I used Jack Daniels Honey Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce). After it's good and coated with the yummy barbecue sauce, dip the chicken breast into some Shake N' Bake (don't use the bag and don't ask how I know......use a bowl or something) to coat it with the crust. Bake it at 350 for 20-25 minutes and YUMMY!! Hubby LOVED it! I have to admit, I did too! Fast, easy, yummy.
